🏃 General Athletic Training Program
Improve Performance, Health, and Confidence Through Functional Movement
Our general athletic training sessions are designed to meet the needs of athletes and active individuals seeking to improve physical performance, build confidence, and support long-term health. Training is led by certified coaches and delivered in a safe, supportive environment.
🔹 Balance & Coordination
We use a variety of drills and equipment to improve balance, body awareness, and core stability—critical for athletes in all sports and important for daily movement.
🔹 Hand-Eye Coordination
Reflex balls, catching drills, light reaction systems, and more—designed to sharpen quick thinking, reaction time, and spatial awareness.
🔹 Strength & Conditioning
Functional strength training using body weight, resistance equipment, and athletic movements to build real-world strength and muscular endurance.
🔹 Weight Loss & Body Control
Custom routines that mix cardio, strength, and agility for clients focused on losing weight, managing body composition, or increasing stamina.
🔹 Flexibility & Recovery
Mobility work, guided stretching, foam rolling, and low-impact exercises promote recovery, injury prevention, and overall flexibility.

We offer tailored programs for young athletes and individuals with special needs that prioritize inclusivity, structure, and personal development. Every session is led by caring coaches trained to work with a wide range of abilities and learning styles.

Fun and progressive training that builds strength, coordination, and physical literacy in a safe, encouraging environment.
🟣 Support for Neurodiverse Athletes
Custom routines built for youth with autism, ADHD, or sensory processing needs. Sessions are paced and adapted to each athlete’s comfort and goals.
🟣 Confidence & Communication Building
Group activities and individual milestones help athletes build confidence, independence, and social interaction through movement.
🟣 Family & Caregiver Inclusion
We welcome and encourage participation or observation by family members and caregivers to ensure athletes feel supported and understood.
Rates:
1 session per week: 65/hour
2 or more sessions per week 50/hour

Introducing Coach Joe Matthews, a pro wide receiver hailing from New Mexico State University, Joe brings a unique blend of athletic prowess and academic achievement to the world of sports. Graduating with a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and a minors in Sociology and Psychology, Joe's commitment to both his education and his passion for football sets him apart. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Joe's roots run deep in the world of athletics as he is also the cousin of the Atlanta Falcons' star running back, Bijan Robinson. Joe's extensive knowledge of the game, coupled with his thirst for knowledge, positions Coach Matthews as a valuable asset in guiding and mentoring the next generation of student athletes on and off the field.
